Terms of Service

Geyma is a mobile application for personal inventory and storage management, developed and operated by Audun Karlsen (hello@geyma.app). It allows you to organise rooms, boxes, and items; scan box contents using AI; tag boxes with NFC stickers; and generate insurance inventory reports.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Geyma. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must have reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@geyma.app if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree to use Geyma only for lawful personal or household inventory management. You must not reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the app or its infrastructure, or attempt to access other users' data.

When you use the AI scan feature, photos you submit are transmitted to Anthropic's API for analysis. AI-generated item lists are suggestions only and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing results before saving them. Do not submit photos containing sensitive personal information or illegal content.

The AI scan feature is subject to availability and usage limits. We reserve the right to limit, modify, or discontinue this feature at any time.

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to Geyma. By using the app, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you.

We aim to keep Geyma available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice.

Geyma is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, secure, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use of the app is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Audun Karlsen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Geyma. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Norwegian courts, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
